1. About Ready Careforce

Ready Careforce connects healthcare professionals (“Candidates”) with recruiters and care agencies (“Recruiters”) to streamline hiring and career growth in the healthcare sector.
Our platform facilitates connections, document verification, and candidate readiness but does not guarantee placements or hires.

2. Eligibility

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess the necessary qualifications and documents for employment in healthcare roles.
Recruiters must represent legitimate care organizations or agencies and comply with applicable employment laws.

3. User Account

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
Account credentials must be kept confidential. Users are responsible for all activities under their account.

4. Services Provided

For Candidates: Profile creation, document submission, verification, and matching with Recruiters.
For Recruiters: Access to a pool of pre-verified candidates and tools to streamline recruitment.
Ready Careforce acts as a platform provider and is not responsible for the final employment decisions.

5. Data Collection and Processing

We collect and process data such as IDs, proof of address, references, and proof of right to work for verification and compliance purposes.
Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these terms.

6. User Concent

By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Users may withdraw consent, but this may limit access to certain services.

7. User Responsibility

Candidates: Ensure that all submitted information and documents are accurate, genuine, and up-to-date.
Recruiters: Use the platform responsibly and only for lawful recruitment purposes.

8. Platform Use

Users must not:
Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
Engage in unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful activities.
Use the platform for purposes other than recruitment and career development.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Data Protection and Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect user data.
While we strive to safeguard data, users acknowledge that no system is entirely secure and agree to notify us immediately of any suspected breaches.

10. User Right

Access: Request access to your personal data.
Correction: Update inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erasure: Request deletion of data where legally permissible.
Objection: Object to certain data processing activities.

11. Third-Party Services

Some services, such as verification, may involve third-party processors.
On successful application, the recruiter may ask and receive the verified documents we hold of you for their own documentation
By using the platform, you consent to the sharing of data with these processors as necessary for service delivery.

12. Liability

Ready Careforce is not liable for:
Recruitment decisions made by Recruiters.
Inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by Candidates or Recruiters.
Service interruptions caused by technical issues beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Termination

Users may terminate their account at any time by doing so on the platform or by contacting us at enquiries@readycareforce.co.uk
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
